I had an amazing experience with Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert today! After the freeze, I discovered a burst pipe in my home, and I was in a panic. Eric was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly to assess the situation. His expertise was evident in the way he handled the job efficiently and professionally.
My water heater died and Erik with Houston Plumbing Experts was able to come out and fix it asap. Thank you very much for the fast and great service.

They did excellent work! Took a shot and found them on google and I am very pleased. Eric came out to fix a leaking water heater. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me perfectly what needed to be done and fixed it! Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I had a big leak in the kitchen and another leak in the bathroom . A friend recommended Houston plumbing expert and I was really happy with the service, they explained to me vary thoroughly what the problem was and took the time to answer all my questions, they explained to me how they are going to fix it and gave me a reasonable price . I was satisfied with the service and will definitely call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues. I believe they are trustworthy and care about their customers and the service they provide.
We had Houston Plumbing Expert out to help us replace a toilet flange after having some tiling done. They were able to fit us in same day and they did wonderful work. They took extra care to not not damage our tile. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely professional, and they took their time to explain the work that need to be done.
We received a thorough breakdown of what the issues were and how they could be fixed. The previous piping for the plumbing wasn’t up to code/ standard and needed to be replaced. The pricing was very affordable and the work done was excellent.
I’ve had Eric come to my house twice now. Once on a Sunday for an emergency and again to fix something less urgent. Both times he arrived within hours of my initial call, was very friendly and knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and charged what I think was a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
